Can I buy from the store now?
The store is currently a preview. Products, prices and stock are sample data for testing purchases only. Real payments and shipments will begin after launch.
What can I find in the collection?
Explore earrings, including Jhumkas, Chandbali, studs and Korean-inspired styles, plus black beads, pendants, bracelets, kadas and watches.
How will my order be delivered?
Orders will be dispatched directly through India Post after launch. Shipping charges and dispatch estimates will be published before real orders are accepted.
Which payment methods are available?
Live online payments are not active yet. The available payment methods will be displayed at checkout when the store launches.
How do I track an order?
Use your order number and billing email on the Track Order page. After postal dispatch, use the India Post consignment number supplied with your shipment update.
Can I return or exchange an item?
The final return and exchange conditions are being confirmed before launch. See the Returns & Refunds page for the current policy status.
How should I care for my jewellery?
Keep pieces dry, avoid perfume and chemicals, and store separately in a soft pouch. Follow any specific instructions supplied with your item.
